To export your support ticket history in CSV format, please visit the old support contact form here: Discogs Previous Support Form. Click the Tickets link at the top of the page. From there, select All Tickets and click the Export tickets link. For reference, see the screenshot below.
- It's not possible for our support team to respond to new tickets filed on the old system.
- This function only exports the last 6 months of tickets. You may view older tickets by clicking the Archive option in the dropdown menu, but it's not possible to export the contents of these tickets.
