It is not possible for a buyer to cancel an order on their own. If you wish to cancel an order after creating it, you will need to ask the seller to cancel it for you. Please do so by messaging the seller on the order page and explaining why you wish to cancel.
When you place an order with a seller, you are entering an agreement to send payment without delay. The seller is then meant to send your item within 4 days of payment. Please note that it will not always be possible to cancel an order for these reasons. It is up to you and the seller to come to an agreement that suits both parties while following the seller's Seller Terms and Discogs' Seller and Buyer Policy.
