Only sellers can update the status of an order. There are several options to do this:
- From the Orders page, click on the link for the order number you want to update.
- Use the green button below the order table to advance the order state.
- You can add an optional message in the pop-up before confirming the status change.
Note: Please don't use the Payment Pending status if a buyer has not yet sent payment for an order. Also, if Discogs has already invoiced you for this order, you will need staff assistance to cancel it.
