Why Are My Items Showing As "Pending” In My Inventory?

From time to time, Discogs rolls out a mandatory product update which sellers must manually adopt. On November 1, 2020, all sellers on Discogs were required to have complete Shipping Policies in order to be able to sell on the Marketplace. As of February 1, 2022, all sellers are required to onboard to our new PayPal Payments solution

If you have active sales listings and have not yet onboarded to one of our mandatory products, your items for sale will be delisted from the Marketplace and show as “Pending” in your inventory: 

The system will also notify you about the incomplete policies using this red banner:


In order to make your items available to your buyers, please complete the onboarding process as prompted in the red banner and mark your items as For Sale using the Mark For Sale button on the Inventory page.
