Note: Self-initiated content moderation based on Discogs terms and conditions includes actions on content that is not illegal, but does violate Discogs' user policies and terms. This includes categories such as poor transaction feedback, high transaction cancellation rates, sellers that do not respond in a timely manner to buyer requests, abusive language (that does not amount to illegal content), and fee avoidance. These accounts are suspended. Depending on the suspension reason and pattern of behaviour, they may be reinstated.

Note: Automated content moderation is conducted through an image content recognition tool that scans for various illegal activities. Images are blocked from viewing by logged out visitors. This is processed is reviewed and tested by a dedicated team.
