Your privacy is important to Zink Media, LLC (d/b/a Discogs) and our affiliates (“We”, “Our” or “Us”) and this Processors List provides important information about the identity, location and role of service providers and processors (each a “Processor”) with access to certain personal information of users.  This Policy applies to the personal information processed via Our websites, discogs.com (including subdomains) and nearmint.io, and through any associated service, including Application Program Interfaces (“APIs”), (collectively, the “Service”).

We also partner with third parties that have a legitimate interest to collect and process personal information in the form of IP address and cookie ID from users of Our Service in order to provide targeted online advertising and ad measurement. The third parties utilize persistent cookies for tracking with various expiration dates, depending on the third party. The user ID in the cookie links the web user’s browser to a profile which contains the behaviors the user has displayed.
